Shipping:

We ship most items via Fedex ground.  Shipping is free for orders over $100 and $5 for all other orders.  Items generally ship the same business day, or within one business day.

Returns:

All returns must be received at Exkursion within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt.  Return shipping is the customers responsibility, and Exkursion recommends using an insured carrier such as Fedex or UPS.

There are no returns on climbing equipment.  Climbing gear is life-safety gear and as such cannot be returned.

Price Matching:

Exkursion is happy to match prices.  To do so, the item must be an identical item and in stock.  Contact Exkursion with the comparable info, and we'll match it!

International Orders:

Exkursion does not accept any international orders and will not ship items internationally.
